Meet Matthew Black, a seasoned professional in the portable building industry and one of the coaches and board members at Shed University. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Matthew’s passion for the portable building industry began at a young age, as he was introduced to the business through his parents’ mobile home roofing company. From there, he went on to found Blacks Buildings, a company that provides the state of Tennessee with high-quality, hand-crafted portable buildings and sheds. At Blacks Buildings, Matthew’s focus is on using only the best products and construction methods to ensure that his buildings will last a lifetime.

In addition to his work with Blacks Buildings, Matthew also founded My Shed Solutions, a cutting-edge system that allows customers to fully customize their shed designs using a 3D model and track inventory, schedule pickups and deliveries, and much more. This system is a must-have for any shed salesperson looking to streamline their operations and increase sales.

Matthew’s wealth of experience and knowledge in the portable building industry, makes him an invaluable asset to the Shed University team.
